How FrameFit works

Why the download is cropped, not boxed
A framed photo that keeps its original rectangular canvas usually leaves a visible background box around the circle or shape, which looks wrong once it's placed on a profile page, poster, or a different colored background. FrameFit clips the final export to the frame's actual outline, so what you get is a real cutout — the circle or square itself, with nothing but transparency around it — ready to drop onto any background.
